01 Grading and site preparation that includes conduit stub-out and utility service. Pour slab.

02 Erect steel frame (SKINS), that are delivered pre-cut. Build custom-framed infill (TRUNKS).

03 Install modular sheathing (SKINS), and glazing.

04 Prefab units (BLOCKS) are delivered to hte site and craned into place.

05 Install roofing, remaining interior finishes, fixtures and built-ins.
