This is a new, ground-up house on the sand of Silver Strand Beach in Oxnard, California.

This 3.000 SF single family home is a 2-story beach house designed to embrace ocean and channel views. The building slowly reveals interior sculpting derived from exterior context. This building is witholds complete reading until the visitor is inside.

Exterior materials include stucco, wood siding, glass tile and ceramic tile.

The project is a collaboration with HAILEY SOREN ARCHITECTURE.
