This 4,000 square foot residence is located above Sunset Boulevard in the Hollywood Hills.

The house sits on a down-slope site with spectacular views of the Los Angeles Basin, and is an exercise to join two 'Living Bars' with a vertical element that functions as an visual anchor on the hillside.

The three floors include maid's quarters, master suite, elevator, and full decks that wrap the house. A pool and pool house are also included.
