A project scope that includes a new pool, pool house and landscape design in the Hancock Park neighborhood of Los Angeles.

The new 18'x75' pool and pool house are interconnected anchors for an extended patio/entertainment area directly adjacent to the existing, main residence.

The rectangular pool slides into the pool house to create a physical connection between objects which are normally separate. Inserting the pool into the mass of the building is balanced by the 'Glass Void' of the Sun Room that functions as an interior entertainment area.

Simple, overlapping rectangular geometries are used as contrast to the complex, layered organization.
